ABOUT
We are wired to repeat deeply learned patterns that, at a certain point, no longer serve us. Whether it’s in your personal relationships, or your relationship with yourself, at times you may find yourself feeling stuck in a repetitive loop, with outcomes that feel undesirable or out of your control. Together we can identify and explore these patterns in order to define your goals and work towards meaningful growth.
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults, as well as couples. I have experience working with a variety of clinical issues including ADHD, anxiety, autism, depression, grief and loss, family and life transitions, infertility, parenting, perinatal and postnatal mental health, school and work stressors, relationships, self-esteem, and trauma.
I approach treatment through an attachment-based, trauma-informed, psychodynamic lens and collaborative framework, recognizing that you are the expert of your life experience. In my work with children and adolescents, I also use a family systems approach, with the goal of healing the family as a whole, not just the child.
My role is to accompany you through insightful exploration in order to help increase self-awareness and self-compassion and bring about lasting change.
I look forward to hearing from you!

LOCATION
Online Virtual Telehealth Therapy in Missouri with offices located in Webster Groves, MO.
Online therapy makes getting the help and support you deserve easier than ever. Online therapy has been shown to work just as well as, if not better than, in-person therapy. (Yes, even for brand-new clients!)
My clients and I have come to love, and even prefer, online therapy for its convenience, accessibility and comfort factor.
