Many of us develop deeply ingrained patterns that once helped us cope but no longer support the life or relationships we want. You may notice yourself feeling stuck, repeating the same thoughts, emotions, or behaviors despite your best efforts to change. Whether this shows up in your personal relationships, parenting, or relationship with yourself, therapy can help bring clarity, insight, and lasting growth.
I work with children, adolescents, teens, adult individuals and couples, offering a supportive and collaborative space to explore challenges and work toward meaningful change. I have experience supporting individuals and families through a wide range of concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, autism, depression, grief and loss, trauma, self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. I also work with family and life transitions, infertility, parenting, perinatal and postnatal mental health, and school or work-related stress.
My therapeutic approach is attachment-based, trauma-informed, and psychodynamic, grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own lived experience. Together, we will identify patterns, define your goals, and move toward greater self-awareness and self-compassion. When working with children and adolescents, I integrate a family systems approach, focusing on healing and strengthening the family as a whole—not just the child.
My role is to walk alongside you through thoughtful exploration, helping you build insight, resilience, and tools for sustainable change. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel seen, supported, and empowered.
I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your path toward growth and healing!

I’m married and raising three kids, so my life, like many of my clients’, is full, meaningful, and often a little chaotic in the best way. Outside of work, you’ll find me gardening, reading, baking, or planning our next trip. I’m proudly a bit nerdy, finding comfort in familiar nostalgic shows, while also occasionally unwinding with delightfully bad reality TV, both of which I consider valid forms of self-care. I’m also a lifelong music lover and a Swiftie, which is the inspiration behind my practice name (iykyk). And family dance parties are a regular occurrence in our house, because movement, joy, and connection are good for the soul.
I'm an INFJ with an Enneagram 2 heart, which means I’m relational by nature, tuned to depth, and drawn to genuine connection. I also bring humor and irreverence into the therapy space because life can be painfully hard and sometimes absurd, and laughter can help us keep going.
I’m not a blank-slate therapist. I work from a values-informed, relational lens grounded in empathy, human dignity, and mutual respect. I show up warm, curious, and caring, believing healing happens in the relationship. Therapy with me is a relationship, not a transaction.
If you’re looking for a therapist who is thoughtful, honest, and willing to show up as a real person in the room, we may be a good fit.
